physioLoop Sling Training
The Original physioLoop System is an innovative workout concept offering optimal control through sling training. The basic principles lie in the possibility to adjust settings on both the ropeline and the floorline and be able to continuously vary the intensity of the workout. Based on the concept of progressive load increase, exercises can be tailored to meet the individual’s intensity adaptiveness. The functionality of the physioLoop system lies (amongst other things) in the variation of angles maintained during exercises. There are two different ways to change these settings, either by adjusting he height of the ropeline loop system or by varying the distance between loops along the floorline.
